Why a site that only does one thing
Voices4AI exists because two problems kept turning up in the same room: AI companies who could not find the speakers they needed, and voice talent being offered terms nobody should sign. Both are solvable. Neither gets solved by a marketplace filter.
Where we come from
Voices4AI is part of the 11C Media group - a UK audio production business running broadcast studios, voice production and podcast facilities, with recording for AI projects delivered through Flaunt Audio. We were producing directed, unscripted audio to broadcast standard for years before anyone called it training data.
That background is the reason this site exists rather than another marketplace. AI clients kept asking for speaker profiles that no platform could supply - specific accents, specific age bands, specific languages, spontaneous rather than read speech - and the honest answer was that somebody had to go out and recruit those people properly. So we built the thing that does that.
What we are not
- Not a data broker. We do not hold a back catalogue to resell. Every project is recruited and recorded to a brief, and recordings are never repackaged into other datasets.
- Not a crowdsourcing platform. Sessions are directed and monitored, and quality control is done by people who speak the language.
- Not a rights grab. Licences are time-limited by default. Perpetual worldwide buyouts are the industry norm we set this up to avoid.
The bit that is genuinely awkward
AI voice work is contested, and reasonably so. Plenty of voice artists have watched the technology arrive and seen only a threat, and plenty of the deals on offer have earned that reaction. We are not going to pretend that tension away.
What we will do is be specific: name the client, name the purpose, put an end date on the licence, pay properly, never bundle cloning into a dataset session, and never resell a recording. If a client wants terms we think are unfair to a contributor, we say so rather than quietly passing the paperwork along. That is the whole proposition, and the ethics page is where it is written down in full.
Two doors, one operation
If you record, start at AI voice jobs. If you are building something that needs speech data, start at services or go straight to how collection works. Either way you can reach a person at hello@voices4ai.com.

About us, asked plainly
Who is behind Voices4AI?
Voices4AI is part of the 11C Media group, a UK audio production business running broadcast studios and voice production. Recording is delivered through Flaunt Audio and the group’s studio operation. It is not a marketplace start-up or a data broker.
Are you a marketplace or an agency?
Neither, exactly. Marketplaces filter whoever has already registered. We recruit against a specific brief - the accent, language, age or speaking style a project actually needs - and record it ourselves. That is why the coverage on rare profiles looks different.
Where are you based?
Birmingham, UK, with recording delivered through the 11C Media studio group and partner facilities. Contributors are recruited worldwide - the languages page shows where.
Do you sell existing datasets off the shelf?
No. Every project is recruited and recorded against a brief, with consent naming the client and the purpose. That is the whole reason recordings are never repackaged or resold into other datasets.
Two doors, same standard
Fair terms for the people who record, defensible data for the people who build.
